Stowed Safely, to Shooting Freely
Go from having your camera securely cinched up, for easy mobility — to slung low, for unhindered portrait and landscape shooting — just by pulling the F1’s adjustment tab.
Instead of tacking-on over-engineered hardware, it’s made from the same strong, flexible, lightweight fabric as the strap — plus a simple yet secure sliplok that won’t budge under load, no matter how heavy your camera.
One Strap That’s Up for Anything
To be clear, the F1 functions beautifully as a neck strap, but it’s much more versatile than that.
Quickly lengthen the F1 to use as a cross-body/sling strap, or loop the webbing through the D-rings to make a wrist strap — all without carrying (or remembering to carry) extra stuff.
We’ve heard tales of photographers literally tying their F1’s onto things, and attaching the D-rings or adjustment tab to carabiners for peace-of-mind. Use your imagination — F1 can take it!
Light, Strong & Built Tough in USA
A lot of camera straps are stuck in the past … unnecessarily bulky, made from traditional low-tech materials and metal hardware.
We take a different approach, using materials found in modern expedition gear, where strength-to-weight ratio is critical, and exposure to the elements is a given.
If you’re looking for a faux-heirloom made of leather and steel, you’ll have to look elsewhere — because we won’t make camera straps that rust, rot or crack after a downpour (especially for today’s weather-sealed cameras).
Sleek Where it Matters Most
Not all cameras are the same, so we’ve got two optimized mounting options, reducing bulk around the hand when possible.
For cameras that require a “traditional” flat mount, we use hardware developed by aerospace engineers, for cameras being sent to … you guessed it … space. And to tidy up the loose ends, we developed a streamlined installation method.
The barely-there lug mount version (shown here) comes with our proprietary Standard Split Rings, made from a steel and magnesium alloy that’s 25% stronger than stainless steel. It’s almost like holding a naked camera — but much more secure.

The strap is light and strong. But for the price I was expecting the materials used in the strap to be somewhat more elevated and softer, but it uses standard polyester bands found in most standard straps that come with the cameras. The edges of this strap irritates the skin around my neck unfortunately, just like the standard ones.

I think this is the best camera strap, end of discussion. It actually reminds me of a rifle sling (Vickers Tactical) where you can adjust it’s length on the fly. The fit and finish is also excellent, not to mention the customer service. Absolutely excellent!

It’s simple, functional, light and high quality.
I was looking for something as light and as simple as my oem Sony strap, but with adjustable length and without bright “sony” logo.
I was dissatisfied with Peak design slide lite – because it’s bulky, heavy. Metal connectors are huge, extremely close to camera, constantly rubbing and knocking when i carry camera in a bag, and they always obstruct display/evf when shooting in portrait orientation.
Simplr strap has fixed all this for me. Simply perfect for my type of usage.
Camera: sony a7iii with semi-compact prime lenses

I have been using Simplr straps since 2019 with my Fuji cameras. I own 5 because I like changing out different colors. I’ve used a lot of other brands that I won’t mention here. These straps are the best combination of utility and also being stylish. I will never purchase another brands strap for my cameras.

Great materials, build quality, and most importantly design. Little clever things like how the flat mount keepers synch up perfectly with three layers of nylon once the strap is installed are so slick. The adjustment tab also makes adjusting on the fly zero hassle. Looks amazing too, super clean.

This strap is exactly what they say it is – and what I was looking for – strong, elegant, attractive, and simple. I am using it on an OM1 and an X-T2 with a variety of small and large lenses. I like that it is not bulky but it is comfortable and strong and comes in elegant colors. I also like that I can wear it as cross-body or convert it to a wrist strap, and there isn’t a lot of bulk that gets in the way.

Nice fit and perfect marriage my Fuji X-T2 and others. At some point will likely buy another.

The strap appears more substantial on site than in hand.

If you’re accustomed to traditional camera straps, the lightness of an F1 can be disorienting. Make no mistake, your F1 can support many times the weight of your camera without even breaking a sweat. We’ve never had to repair one, ever.

I’ve been using Simplr straps on my Fuji Xpro ‘s for a few years now. They are lightweight / durable and easy to adjust.
They look amazing too.

Really like this strap as it doesn’t have too much bulk to it. It’s comfortable to carry the heavy GFX. Only wish is for the strap material to be a bit more premium (probably a reasonable tradeoff to keep it light and streamlined).
